The prices that appear crossed out make reference to the price of departure on the web. The largest price is equivalent to our current retail price including VAT.

Babae Beautyprices are liable to change at any time. In that case, the products will be invoiced with the price they had at the moment the purchase was registered.

Order and Secure Payment

In case of a previous order not paid, babaebeauty.com can cancel the current one.

Payment methods are credit card, bank transfer or other payment methods accorded with babaebeauty.com.

Delivery

The deliveries are processed the following working day after the purchase's reception and will be received by the customer within 8 working days for Lagos (12 working days for other locations), counting from the formalization and registration of the purchase number. This period may be altered by a fortuitous event or force majeure event and may delay the delivery due to causes beyond the control and management of Babae Beauty.

Returns

Despite our strict quality controls, for reasons beyond our control, you might receive a product with a manufacturing defect or shabby.

In case of defective product, the seller shall proceed with the reparation, replacement, price reduction or termination of contract as appropriate, steps that will be completely for free to the consumer or user. The seller shall be liable for any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within a period of two years from delivery. The consumer must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of having the same record. You can contact our customer service team to process a purchase cancellation. You must deliver the products in their original packaging and with a copy of the purchase invoice. On reception of the products in our warehouse, and once verified that the return conditions are met, we will proceed to refund the amount plus shipping and refund costs in the same way that made the payment.
