How can I make a purchase?
Step 1: Search and select the perfume or cosmetics you want to buy. Once selected, press ¨add to backet¨and this will take you to the next window including the perfumes or cosmetics selected.

Step 2: Once you have decided what to buy press¨Checkout¨ and you will be asked to register. If you are already registered, please introduce your email and password.

Step 3: The delivery addres needs to be confirmed. If it is ok, select the payment method and click "next". If there is any mistake, go to ¨account¨ and change it.

Step 4: Finally, depending on the selected payment method, you have to validate your order, complete the requested information and press "confirm".         
Complaints and queries
In our ¨contact¨ section you can request any type of information that you desire so we can process it, such as complaints or cancellations. You must indicate the purchase number and we will answer you back as soon as possible. Please take into account that those purchases that have been sent, should be accepted.
